Blok 74: up and coming self service hotel and experience

Woodhart Group is proud to have completed the renovation of a townhouse hotel, in Brighton, newly named Blok 74. This modern and edgy hotel took 12 months to renovate, and the finished results can be seen in the pictures provided.

Blok 74 is a Grade II listed period townhouse located right by the sea, and hotel guests can make the most of its self-service. The hotel offers a convenient digital self check-in, luxurious sleep experience, superfast WiFi, snack stations, and beautifully designed bedrooms.

This stunning eleven bedroom boutique hotel was sympathetically refurbished to its former glory by Woodhart Group and includes new heritage sash windows with secondary glazing, as well as a combination of Welsh slate and zinc roof finishing. The basement is also perfect for holding hen and stag parties, birthday parties, office parties, and more. Each room is filled with character, with vibrant colours throughout, not only creating a wonderful place to stay but an experience from the moment you walk in.

With its recent launch and with restrictions across the UK easing, Blok 74 is perfect for those looking for a staycation, with all that Brighton has to offer on its doorstep. With the pandemic still heavy on people’s minds, a staycation offers a wonderful opportunity to venture out of your home, and discover more about the towns and cities around you, whether they’re a 10 minute walk or a four hour drive.

The Woodhart Team thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, and the client is extremely pleased to open its doors to guests. Visit the Blok 74 website to book your stay and discover firsthand the impact that the Woodhart Team’s experience and quality can have on a project like this.
