This project involved the development of an economic single dwelling on a plot of land adjacent to a row of terraced houses.
By utilizing the previously unused garden space, we obtained planning permission to construct a modern 2-bedroom home with a range of contemporary features and outdoor amenities. The project aimed to maximize the utility of the space while incorporating sustainable and energy-efficient elements captured within.
