As a family business, we believe in providing young people with real opportunities and acting as mentors for the early stages of their profession. Many of our long-standing team joined as apprentices and are still with us, we have embodied the company values within them, helping to shape the Group as the company is today.
We provide apprentices with work experience, ongoing mentoring, college tuition and subsequent qualifications under the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Apprenticeship scheme.
An apprenticeship enables you to earn a wage whilst learning trade-specific skills, both on real sites and in a college environment, so that you come away from the end of your course with real life experience and sound qualifications.
