October sees Woodhart win awards and more on-site progress!

It’s safe to say the Woodhart Group carpentry and construction teams have enjoyed October, with lots of progress seen across all Woodhart Group projects, and a few award wins thrown in for good measure! Below you’ll find a selection of great highlights for October, including progress updates on a range of our new build developments, private residential projects and renovations.

Woodgate development continues to progress beautifully!

This project, on behalf of Thakeham Homes, has been thoroughly enjoyable and the pictures below showcase the progress that continues to be made by the team.

Woodhart Group honours World Mental Health Day 2023

At Woodhart, we take our teams’ mental health very seriously, we took part in the Workplace Mental Health First Aid Training Guide run by St John Ambulance, and now we have in-house trained responders.

The course enables our team to spot the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, provide non-judgemental support and reassurance for the rest of the team, and also guide a team member to seek professional support elsewhere if needed.

A successful night at the Pride in the Job Awards!

Woodhart Group were regional winners and won the Seal of Excellence for the CALA Homes project in Godalming, and the Barratt Homes project in Peacehaven.

The team even had the opportunity to meet footballing legend Kevin Keegan for a few photos!

Barratt Homes’ Southern Counties Subcontractor of the Year 2023

The Woodhart Group Carpentry team is extremely proud to have won Barratt Homes’ Southern Counties Subcontractor of the Year 2023 award!

Check out this three-bed new build property in progress at 22 Gableson Avenue!

Reinforced concrete walls and slab to lower ground floor have been completed. The engineering course to the building footprint is now in place too.
