Summer success continues in July for Woodhart Group
Following an excellent start to 2023 and continued progress through spring, the Woodhart Group team has enjoyed further success into the summer months, with more big projects across both construction and carpentry. Below you’ll find some of our highlights for the month of July, including updates on new build developments, private residential projects and renovations.
Woodhart is nominated for Heritage Award
The Woodhart Group team is proud to be nominated for a Sussex Heritage Award in the ‘Small Scale Residential’ category. The award nomination recognises our amazing project completed on Dyke Road Avenue, with the ceremony taking place tomorrow!

It’s a huge site for one luxury house, and you can’t miss it with our shiny new hoardings on the perimeter.

First set of joists at our Thakeham Group site in St. Leonards.
This site will consist of 177 houses and 2 blocks of flats for Southern Housing Group.
Groundwork has commenced at the Adur & Worthing Council garage site
This project will comprise two sites, with 2 and 5 homes respectively.

The first roof has just been completed at Taylor Wimpey, East Horsley!

Zinc works and the brick slips to the balconies and chimneys have been completed, plus a beautiful skylight has been installed. The crash deck has been removed to allow work to finish!

The cement is being poured into the basement, totalling 100m3.

Site scores 6 in Quality Benchmark Report!
Our brand new phase (Phase B1a) at Vistry Group in Basingstoke has just had the first two sets of joists inspected by NHBC and we received a score of 6!
Well done to our lads Will Campos and Andrew Garside!
