Woodhart Group presents its latest commercial construction project at Preston Park Avenue
The Woodhart Group team is incredibly proud to present one of our latest commercial construction projects at Preston Park Avenue, Brighton.
This project consisted of the demolition of the existing garage and the erection of a three-storey rear extension. In addition, our team converted the existing period house including the excavation of the basement to provide seven flats and two semi-detached new build homes.
The restoration of this stunning house, whilst changing its occupancy, is truly something special and it’s looking very attractive both inside and out.
