What we did

This tucked away close was the ideal quiet spot for our client who sought after a modern, new build, chalet bungalow.

A turnkey design development which was designed and built within a set budget and considered a plethora of different design features and environmental factors.

Alongside creating a sleek new build we undertook the soft and hard landscaping, which also consisted of off-street parking. It was paramount that the exterior complimented the interior of the home, which is why we opted for more muted tones for features like the paving.

To meet the minimalist aesthetic our client desired, our team used only essential elements, carefully considering the lighting and implementing an open plan dining area to create a sense of freedom and relaxation. These details within the home are uncomplicated and blend harmoniously into the setting. Furthermore, the grey and white colour scheme beautifully captures the essence of sleek, modern design and assisted in creating an airy, bright and elegant interior space.

Finally, the Woodhart team also implemented a solar PV system, providing the client with emission-free electricity and a reduced carbon footprint. In recent years we’ve seen a spectacular rise in the number of clients looking for solar panel installation. Several factors contribute to this stark increase from the money-saving properties they provide, to their versatility, lending themselves well to be used for both heat and electricity.
