What we did

Introducing Blok 74, a grade 2 listed period townhouse located a stones throw away from the sea. This stunning eleven bedroom boutique hotel which we sympathetically refurbished to its former glory includes new heritage sash windows with secondary glazing, quirky interior designed finishes and a combination of welsh slate and zinc roof finishing. The basement is also perfect to hold hen/stag celebrations. Our client is extremely pleased to open their business with this beautiful premises.
